The programme will introduce students to the general knowledge in Law, acquaint them with principles of judicial process and legal development, and equip them with the basic tools of legal analysis and methods.

Some core skills covered include; familiarity with the fundamental features of Nigeria and regional French legal system, the principles of business law and contract law, contemporary legal and ethical issues confronting regional society, communicating in groups, conflict resolution, problem solving, individual and group decision making, and an understanding of ethics, morals and cultural beliefs.
