BACHELOR DEGREE IN COMPUTER SCIENCE
Candidates intending to major in Computer Science must have passed in the under listed ordinary level subjects at Credit level in SSCE,NECO, or GCE O/L at one two sittings: English language, Mathematics, Computer Science, Chemistry and Physics.
Direct Entry Admission
(B) The following categories of candidates shall be considered for admission into Year two of the degree programme, provided they also meet the requirements stipulated in (A) above.
(C) Holders of Ordinary National Diploma; National Diploma or Higher National Diploma (HND upper Credits) in any of the following areas of studies: Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Data processing and Physics,
(D). Holders of National Certificate of Education (NCE) with Merits/Credits in Computer science and in any one of the following subjects; Chemistry, Physics, Mathematics and, Integrated Science.
(E). Foreign Nationals or Nigerian who hold the General Certificate of Education GCE A/L London, the Baccalaureate from a francophone country with the principal grade in two subjects one of which must be computer science, while the other one would be from Chemistry, Physics and Mathematics .
Candidates must satisfy the general regulations of the University. In addition, all compulsory, required and requisite number of electives must be taken and pass before a candidate could be qualified for the award of the degree.
